And people have different levels of tolerance to alcohol, sorry we can't all be invincibles like you, Splids.

    Trolololol.

Five shots of tequila in the space of 5 mins after a night of full drinking. Completely different than just taking 5 shots the whole night.

Completely missed my point of how hopelessly tragic it feels when people reel off what they've drank like a badge of honour.

I rarely drink to get drunk these days; whether I could or couldn't handle more than somebody is irrelevant because I wouldn't participate.

Though I do agree with your other point.

Yeah, because I came off as so proud of my drinking habits last night. This is specifically highlighted at the part where I express I am relieved it didn't change her attitude towards me, making the point that maybe around her it wasn't a good idea.

    Badge of honour worn!

You very well nearly made me spit my tea on the keyboard there.

Baldy - I fail to believe you of all people have gone from Asian to Polish, she's like a third Japanese, isn't she?

I don't drink, myself, but that doesn't mean others around me can't either.

Why did it matter if you had a drink when she was there? She wouldn't care I'm sure, but I'm sure either way it's not a good idea to get utterly pissed on a date.

I'm sure you know your limit.

I don't drink and if I can manage it I never want to, atleast not on the level of getting completely crocked like a lot of people do these days.

From what he said, it sounds like he may have come across badly if he'd gotten pissed and done something stupid. Potentially.

I'd post a picture of the girlfriend if I was allowed (complicated).

How random. What's the complication? She doesn't lurk on here, surely?

No Jurg, she's a spy obviously.

I wouldn't have a problem either but we're not quite official yet so it'd be a bit pre-emptive.

Got an interview in Manchester tomorrow for a job that'd pretty much set my career in motion, in the city I want to move to (if I can't get back to Newcastle for now). Somewhat nervous.

Why does it not being official stop you posting someone's picture?
